Papa John’s at 343 Grand Opening Saturday
Since our last checkup two weeks ago, the new Papa John’s outpost at 343 Grand Street has traded its cheap banner for the familiar red-white-and-green illuminated canopy. One step at a time.

Meanwhile, the store interior is being converted to restaurant space rather quickly. Much of the mess is cleaned up and the kitchen equipment on premise. We caught up with one of the franchise employees who informed us that the opening date is tentatively slated for Saturday.
