Living on the Lower East Side (anywhere in Community Board 3) is a perpetual lesson in nightlife over-saturation. Nothing new there. However, this is the inspiration behind the following cartoon drawn by Boogie reader VEX. It portrays mugshots of Mayor “Boozberg,” Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver, State Senator Daniel Squadron, and Council Speaker Christine Quinn, each atop personalized liquor bottles.  Take your pick…
