Fourth-generation Lower East Sider Joseph Meloy is returning to where it began.  Kicking off with a launch party later tonight, the neighborhood artist will again feature his “Vandal Expressionism” exhibit inside the perpetually vacant storefront at 90 Stanton Street. Just west of Le Salon D’Art. It’ll boast both the work of Meloy and his creative compatriot Fumero.
