Beginning Sunday afternoon, the token gas-masked dude will perch outside the storefront to grind fresh white horseradish for customers. Right then and there. Of course, opening day isn’t the most ideal time to shop, thanks to the inevitable throngs of tourists. For those living in the neighborhood, though, just avoid opening day altogether, and instead wait for mid-week when the batches are much better. This according to the Pickle Guys themselves.
