After a record-setting March here at Bowery Boogie, we wanted to take some time to thank all our readers and contributors. We’ve been growing in leaps and bounds, and are stoked with the awesome group of people we’ve been able to inform, entertain, and work with. Again, thank you!

So why are we posting this? Well, seems like a good time to mention:

  • If you have something to advertise, do it with us! We don’t clutter the site with ads. We make your voice heard – not get lost in a sea of ads. Did we also mention that Bowery Boogie is the biggest site dedicated to the Lower East Side? Your customers are reading, so reach them! Email us to get started. We might even consider the old “first hit is free” policy, so just ask.
  • Send us tips! You don’t need to write the stories (although we’d love that too.) Throw us some pics, email us, tweet us @boweryboogie
  • Hang out with us on Facebook! There’s tons of stuff that we post there that we don’t put on the site. It’s also a great way to send us messages.

New Renderings for Long-Stalled Delancey Street Condo

The 12-story “boutique condo” at the corner of Delancey and Pitt Streets – in the works for nine years already – dropped its marketing materials this week. It’s pitched as a “one-of-a-kind-building,” but doesn’t mention proximity to the Williamsburg Bridge span. As in, right across the street. The teaser website went live earlier this week, […]
