Dudley’s Officially Opens Tonight at 85 Orchard

Okay, so the soft launch of Dudley’s was this past weekend at 85 Orchard Street, during which time the paper drapes remained in the windows. By Sunday evening, however, the interior was on full display to the neighborhood.

One of the employees was busy yesterday evening with some last-minute minutia, and he promised today is the day for Dudley’s. The “take away” window is ready and labeled; the mirrors inside are branded; sidewalk benches in place. Taking a page from sister restaurant Ruby’s, honcho Nick Mathers is offering a menu chock full of Australian-American cuisine.
