Back in August, Finale was floated as the identity of the ginormous new EMM Group venture at 199 Bowery. However, their PR machine was quick to deny the name’s involvement, noting that “there will be multiple concepts yet to be named.” But Finale is in fact one of said multiple concepts, though EMM reps would only confirm that it wasn’t the Latin-style restaurant upstairs. No word yet on the basement club with Travis Bass at the helm or the mysterious third entity. Yes, there are three liquor licenses currently pending with the State Liquor Authority.

In the meantime, EMM just unveiled a digital presence for this Bowery behemoth within the last couple weeks, registering both a new website and Twitter handle. Get ready for “a new nightlife experience” here on the Lower East Side.

And we would be remiss not to include an obligatory peek behind the Alec Monopoly-branded plywood shed.

EMM has also taken to Craigslist to find line and prep cook candidates for the restaurant component of 199 Bowery.
