To own an apartment inside 115 Norfolk Street – condoplex codenamed Son of Thor – one need only cough up a cool million or so (some are exhorbitantly-priced rentals). And the cost of owning a private parking space in the underground garage onsite? Well, that’ll cost ya six figures. $150,000, to be precise.
Own your own parking spot in the private parking garage of 115 Norfolk Street a new construction condominium located on a quiet beautiful tree lined Lower East Side block that is surrounded by some of downtown’s finest eateries, galleries, bars and nightlife. The private parking garage is in the basement and is accessible directly through the building’s elevator and from the street by a single car entrance with a hydraulic lift elevator. There are 12 spots total and a few remain.
Looking at the Elliman website, it appears the Gryzwinski + Pons-designed 115 Norfolk is having a wee-bit of trouble selling the twelve spots; two are taken as of this publication. So they’re now accepting applications from all us Lower East Side plebs. Gee, how nice.
