[Photo: Mo Gelber]Looks like CASH4 received a slap on the wrist for his graffiti-related activities last summer. The street writer – Russell Murphy – copped a deal yesterday, pleading guilty to one count each of criminal mischief and possession of a graffiti instrument. He will only serve eight days of community service for the crimes, the New York Post reports.
His arrest was captured on camera by Brooklyn photographer Mo Gelber, and subsequently went crazy viral. You remember the one – Murphy is seen lip-locked with gal-pal Alexis Creque, both of whom were in handcuffs. The shot was dubbed “Last Kiss” and submitted to Ron Howard’s Canon camera contest (“Project Imagination”), but Gelber couldn’t obtain signed releases from the pair.
