Have an “A” inspection grade? Here’s a way to brag about the restaurant rating, while simultaneously earning some ad revenue. It’s called Grade A Sign, a seemingly useless display doodad that illuminates the rating card hung in the windows of every restaurant. Gallery Bar didn’t think so, and recently unveiled one in its own establishment at 120 Orchard Street.
Grade A Sign is a relatively new company founded by two peeps from Los Angeles – Sloan Schaffer and Scott Gorelick.
But what if Gallery Bar drops below the A rating? What then?
