Chatham Square environs will be ground zero later today for filming activities on the NBC show The Blacklist. It’s the second time in the last few weeks that this production has hit up the Lower East Side to capture scenes.

The Blacklist is a new drama from Sony Pictures Television starring James Spader and Megan Boone, which centers on a fugitive government agent and his willingness to hunt a wanted terrorist. Spader plays the agent who becomes said fugitive, and develops ties to an international circuit of criminals. He offers to help the FBI catch a wanted terrorist, but will only speak with the rookie played by Boone.
