About a hundred people are gathered outside the big top tent on East Houston, all waiting for the unveiling of the latest Banksy installation.

UPDATE: It appears that Banksy is getting into the Halloween spirit with his latest installation on the Lower East Side – a grim reaper, tooling around through disco lights in a bumper car, having a hell of a time. A man sits there playing accordion, interrupted only by brief snippets of Blue Oyster Cult’s “Don’t Fear the Reaper.” You can catch it from dusk until midnight, through Sunday.
