Gallery Bar, the future home of Max Fish?

Rumors abounded this month around reports that Max Fish wasn’t in fact done with the Lower East Side. Despite having closed last summer and plans for a possible location in Williamsburg.

(Ulli Rimkus is the owner of Max Fish) This applicant is the third in recent months to vie for the bar.

UPDATE: a real estate source with knowledge of the deal further confirmed the news.
