It took a couple months, but that new ramen joint we first told you about in March is now ready to serve at 76 Orchard Street. Ochado Ramen, as it’s called, opened to the public late last week.

Ochado is your standard issue Japanese ramen joint. Price points, however, skew toward expensive, with five different variations of the namesake dish costing either $13 or $14.

Non-noodle options include Australian baby lamb chops and pork spare ribs.

As we’ve been reporting, 76 Orchard was previously occupied by the Jamaican-inspired Spur Tree. That establishment closed shop in early March after seven years at this address.

Ownership promised a move to another location, but those plans have yet to reach fruition.
