Its tee time for the Lower East Side.
The Hester Street Fair – now firmly in control of Seward Park each weekend – has another ace up its sleeve. Or should we say birdie.
Event organizers are transforming the playground and concrete lot into a nine-hole mini-golf course that challenges your knowledge of the Lower East Side. According to a recent press release, “Each hole will have challenging obstacles and feature everything we know and love about the Lower East Side including tenements, graffiti and the Williamsburg Bridge.”
You can golf both days between 11am and 6pm. Our guess is it’ll be pretty crowded with wait times. Good luck. And remember … be the ball.
