[Photo: Clayton Patterson]The protest climate across the country, but particularly around the city, is the perfect backdrop to another screening of a local classic. Documentarian Clayton Patterson is rolling out his crowning achievement – Captured – for a Lower East Side encore. City Lore on East First Street is hosting the event on Wednesday (December 10) as part of its “Chronicling the Chaos and Change on the LES Film Series.”

There will be a Q&A session with Patterson and filmmakers Ben Solomon, Daniel Levin, and Jenner Furst after the showing.

Tickets are $10, and can be purchased here.

It’s been a minute since Patterson held such an event with Captured. We were in attendance during the screening at Collective Hardware back in March 2009. Same setup then as now.
