Business is bustling at the nascent Goa-Taco pop-up dispensary on Delancey Street. The tiny lunch counter beside Grey Lady – specializing in Indian-infused “paratha tacos” – has been busy since its debut in mid-December. And apparently it’s been going well enough to extend the residency. “The pop-up has been going great and we have had a lot of fun,” owner-chef Duvaldi Marneweck tell us in an email.

As such, Goa-Taco will remain open through the end of February.

This is the type of operation that seems like a best fit for the space. Would be interesting if the shoebox eatery ultimately becomes permanent. What’s your thoughts on Goa-Taco?
