‘Sharing’ in Seward Park Today (Or, Why You Might See McLovin on the Lower East Side)

Denizens of Seward Park, keep your eyes peeled for McLovin today. The Superbad star (pka Christopher Mitz-Plasse), pretty much typecast this point as a nerdy dude in everything he does, will probably be in the neighborhood today to film scenes for a new NBC ensemble comedy pilot called Sharing. The requisite “no parking” notices are taped to street furniture along the lower third of Essex.
Sharing is a “workplace comedy” that is executively produced by Jimmy Fallon. According to Variety, Mintz-Plasse won’t reprise the geek; he plays Grant, “an eager-to-please and confident office receptionist who tries hard and wants everyone to like him, but isn’t that competent.” Christine Taylor, Jack Carpenter, Greta Lee, Jerry Minor, and Stephen Schneider complete the cast as series regulars.
