The annual Lower East Side Film Festival returns this spring for its fifth season. A milestone. On this outing, organizers have tapped a number of high profile judges for its panel.

Celebrity judges just added to the program include Parker Posey, Laverne Cox (Orange is the New Black), and film producer Rachael Horovitz (Moneyball).

The ten-day Festival, which celebrates the “creativity and inventiveness of low-budget filmmaking,” runs from June 11-21. As in prior years, theater venues include the Landmark Sunshine Cinema, Anthology Film Archives, East Village Cinema, Sixty LES, and the Crosby Street Hotel.

Full schedule of events is forthcoming.
