Ten years of construction and headaches are beginning to culminate at the Orchard Hell Bullding. Now an Indigo Hotel, the 23-story eyesore is adding more parking options to the Hell Square streetscape. Its 24-hour public parking garage (aka “Hell Lot”) opens today, and is the first part of the project to officially open. That feat deserves some sort of recognition, no?

Nevertheless, the requisite signage appeared outside the Ludlow Street entrance yesterday afternoon. Pricing is what you might expect given the neighborhood.

This newest parking option joins the municipal garage down the street and the lot at Essex and Houston. Meaning, if Hell Square wasn’t already overrun, get ready!
