Without much fanfare, mini-cupcake empire Baked by Melissa just re-established itself in SoHo. The new neighborhood outpost debuted Monday afternoon at 63 Spring Street (aka 234 Lafayette), an address that’s seen quite an upheaval in the last year. This kiosk takes the torch from the OG location a few blocks westward, which closed last summer due to “redevelopment.” It operates much in the same was as a “pick-up window” for the sweet tooths out there.

Baked by Melissa now slings treats around the corner (yet, shares an address) from the health-conscious juice bar, Tiny Empire.

The arrival is even more proof that the sisterly Kardashian endeavor with Khloe and Kourtney to lease 6,000 square-feet of space at 63 Spring is not happening.

Baked by Melissa was founded in SoHo back in 2009.

Pianos Returns to Ludlow Street in July

When Pianos announced its indefinite closure at the outset of the pandemic last year, hysteria gripped the local newsscape. Being a bar and performance venue, Pianos […]
