Fung Tu is now cooking with gas. Quite literally.

Con Edison finally gave Fung Tu the proverbial thumbs up to reconnect gas service to 22 Orchard Street, thus concluding two months of roughing it with an electronic kitchen. Word on the street during the ordeal suggested that construction work at the forthcoming Scarr’s Pizza next door may have caused the gas problem. However, proprietor Scarr Pimentel maintains that the issue pre-dated his involvement at 22 Orchard.
