​Street artist GILF has a hit on her hands with those rolls of “Gentrification in Progress” tape. The caution tape commentary periodically appears in places that are threatened by the onslaught of greed. For example, ribboning the Germania Bank Building on the Bowery and Pearl Paint on Canal Street after its demise..

As previously reported, GILF began selling the “Gentrification in Progress” tape last month. And now we’re joining forces to offer a single roll to one lucky reader. FREE!
