Longtime LES Sign Maker Decamps Delancey for Brooklyn

The Chung Wah Sign store that held down 64-66 Delancey Street for more than a decade is bidding farewell to the Lower East Side. A sign on the front door of the workshop announces an imminent move to Brooklyn (1107 Flushing Avenue).
Its decampment to the outer borough frees up a gargantuan open space on a high-trafficked corridor. Expect the brokers to start pitching the property as prime for restaurants. Or galleries.
Chung Wah Sign specializes in creating neons, awnings, and other signage for businesses in the city.
