iZombies on the hunt, Photo: Daily NewsLater on this afternoon, the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA)’s Digital Van is joining the beloved gaming frenzy and will be at the Pokéstop located at La Guardia Houses. Pokémon Go fans (aka “trainers”) are invited to join in as these pocket monsters are “lured to La Guardia Houses” and all that this entails.

Trainers are encouraged to congregate at the Mushroom sculpture from 3PM to 4PM (the most visual time being 3:30pm, according to the press release) at NYCHA’s Pokéstop, near 240 Madison Street. NYCHA’s Digital Van will offer free Wi-Fi, so players can save on data and presumably catch them all.

Update: the event is on rain delay. Wednesday at 4pm is the new time.

Now, excuse us while we feed our Tamagotchi.
