Goldman Properties finally made the Bowery Graffiti Wall into a proper gallery last week with the installation of subtle identification nameplates.

Indeed, the latest mural on the Bowery – “Urbanmythology” by Spanish duo PichiAvo – is now official thanks to the advent of two plaques bolted to the facade. One details the story of the current artist and artwork, while the other is a history of Goldman Properties’ involvement in the “revival” of the wall the last decade.

As PichiAvo’s first work in New York City, “Urbanmythology” channels their unique style of clashing ancient gods and contemporary urban art.

How long before these are pried from the wall?
