The ‘Privilege’ Lifestyle Brand has a New Boutique on Clinton Street

Clinton Street now has the privilege the urban style boutique of same.

The Brooklyn-based lifestyle shop just inked a lease on the ground floor of 84 Clinton Street, joining three mom-and-pop stores at this address. It opens to the public this weekend (April 22), along with the requisite launch party planned for that night at the Delancey.

The seven-year-old Privilege last hit the Lower East Side with a pop-up shop two years ago in Suffolk Street.

Commercial real estate on this block is swiftly changing over to meet the needs of all the newcomers. Specifically, the new condo development up the block at 50 Clinton.
