Booze is Now Flowing at ‘Beer Fridge’ on Essex Street
Two weeks after its coming out party, booze is now flowing at Beer Fridge on Essex Street. The cubbyhole craft beer shop is officially open to the public.
The store debuted at 41 Essex Street yesterday evening. As reported, customers can choose from a wide selection of local beers and snacks, plus a growler station with rotating tap.
“I’ve been living in the Lower East Side for quite a while now, and when I saw the small space for lease, it was a no-brainer,” owner Catherine DiPaci previously told us when asked about opening across from Seward Park.
“We are especially partial to the NYC craft brewery scene and will be focusing on local specialties and limited releases,” DiPaci noted.
