Surveillance video just surfaced of the perp who allegedly shot a 26-year-old woman near the Hotel on Rivington early yesterday morning.

The victim reportedly exited a cab shortly after 5am when a bullet grazed her upper left shoulder. According to police, four shots were fired, and as many 9mm casings were recovered. By yesterday afternoon, crime scene tape cordoned off the corner of Essex and Rivington while Pickle Day festivities attracted the tourists from all over.

The investigation is ongoing.

Meanwhile, the footage below, submitted by a source who asked to remain anonymous, shows the purported gunman riding away from the scene on what looks to be a moped.

Police do not believe that the victim was the intended target, though.

The ‘Tiny Changes’ of Frightened Rabbit Frontman Scott Hutchison (RIP)

Tiny changes. Simple enough as two words strung together: very small, alterable instances. Regardless, this idea is usually a back-burner thought in our lives, as we muddle through […]
