With SHUT Skateboards gone more four months, it’s time for the next tenant in line at 158 Orchard Street. Teaser signage now advertises the imminent arrival of a new raw, vegan dessert shop called Rawsome Treats.

Watt Sriboonruang, who moonlights as a Muay Thai amateur fighter, started the small business on the Lower East Side five years ago. She had been operating out of her Seward Park apartment until the brick-and-mortar opportunity came along.

Rawsome Treats offers more than thirty healthy desserts such as cakes, pies, tarts, and truffles.

Expect an opening at 158 Orchard Street within the next month.
