This particular sight doesn’t instill confidence in shopping the Chinatown fish markets. The nightmare scenario that people cringe over…

A woman named April Davidson visited the Hung Kee Supermarket on Canal Street last week (between Mulberry and Baxter), and what she saw might disgust you. One of the employees fixing a circuit breaker stood all over the racks of fresh fish with dirty boots. Davidson called him out on it, and was met with the retort that they “wash it.”

However, this behavior is not indicative of all fish market practices in this neighborhood or elsewhere.

The video is posted to Facebook and has since caught fire…
