This is the Car Horn Every Pedestrian Needs [VIDEO]
In a world driven by technology, here’s a welcomed, albeit impractical, analog solution to a maddening pedestrian problem.
We’ve all had to deal with it at one point or another. An indecisive three-wide, ambling past a restaurant. Sidewalk selfie snappers. Tourists in herd formation. iZombies. Children walking irrationally. There’s only so many times you can muster up the patience of Steve Rogers and say, “On your left,” to the self-centered city stroller.
Yosef Lerner has solved all of that with his creation of the “Pedestrian Horn.” No, it’s not an App, but rather a full on steering wheel with horn intact, harnessed to the individual by, of course, a seatbelt. Lerner is selling the horn for a lofty $699, in an exclusive run of ten. No word yet if later models will include blinkers, which could also be quite useful.
Though it’s probably stating the obvious, the only thing this horn doesn’t come with is the convenient fortification of a locking, metal vehicle – honk (and gesture) accordingly.
