Marking 125 Years, Third Street Music School Goes Caroling
‘Tis the season to be singing. Those looking to exercise their vocal chords this month needn’t look any further than the East Village.
In celebration of their 125th anniversary, the Third Street Music School is expanding its festivities for the upcoming holiday season. The annual neighborhood caroling program kicks off December 19 from 4-6:30pm at Con Edison Headquarters lobby (4 Irving Place, 14th Street), and makes melodious stops at Union Square Park, Barnes and Noble, the Hook & Ladder 13 Firehouse, and Veselka. All ages are welcome; RSVP here.
Third Street will also host a rendition of the Nutcracker, performed by their students from across the five boroughs. The performance follows the caroling on December 19, at 7pm. Limited seating available.
