As the city began to shut down last month due to COVID-19 pandemic, Governor Cuomo mandates that only “essential” businesses could remain open as usual.

Also deemed essential are liquor stores. And the following wine and spirits purveyors remain open (delivery and/or takeout) around the Lower East Side. Let us know what we missed.
