265 East Houston St.
The body of a decapitated, dismembered man was found inside a luxury Lower East Side condo yesterday afternoon — purportedly stuffed in plastic bags beside a power saw.
According to the New York Post, police arrived at the bloody scene shortly after 3:30pm Tuesday, responding to a welfare check placed by a friend of the deceased. The victim was described as 34-year-old Fahim Saleh, founder Nigerian motorcycle sharing company Gokada.
He was found inside an apartment at 265 East Houston Street, with an electric saw nearby. The victim’s arms and legs below the knees were removed, and body parts were found in plastic bags found in the home, sources told the Post.
Police are investigating.
