Police seek public assistance in finding this man suspected of involvement in a road rage shooting on Clinton Street last week that left a 75-year-old woman injured.

At approximately 11:55am on February 16, a motorist driving what was reported to be a black BMW sedan turned right onto Clinton Street from Delancey, narrowly missing a pedestrian. Cops said the near-collision resulted in a heated, verbal exchange. The suspect then exited the vehicle, produced a handgun, and fired multiple times.

The driver then swiftly fled the scene in his BMW.

One of the errant rounds fired in the exchange injured a passing 75-year-old woman, who was transported to the hospital in stable condition.

Police released the following surveillance image of the suspect.
