A man was shot yesterday afternoon in broad daylight outside Sweet Chick on Ludlow Street, cops said.

The shooting transpired shortly after 1:30pm when an unknown gunman pulled up alongside a 23-year-old man sitting in his car, then shot him through the right thigh. The victim was taken to Bellevue in stable condition.

An eyewitness outside 178 Ludlow Street claimed that the victim apparently did not recognize the shooter.
