This Saturday, November 19, The Fourth Arts Block’s (FABnyc) ArtUp will be presenting an exhibit called “Groundbreak,” featuring a street art installation by New York-based artists Jon Burgerman, Ellis Gallagher, and Abe Lincoln Jr.
