Closure befell the late-night eatery this week, resulting in the placement of a leasing banner by Sinvin. Behind the glass wall, meanwhile, furnishings are awaiting the eventual removal. Drunk Driver Rear-Ends Unmarked Cop Car on Ludlow

A Plea to Ludlow Litterbugs

It appears the student residents of the Ludlow Residence have taken a stand against neighborhood litterbugs.  Two saplings outside the gargantuan structure are adorned with urban etiquette signage, written in the point of view of the flora.
