Down on Ludlow Street, rice is now joined by fries. In the four months since Zing’s Awesome Rice debuted, the other half of the commercial space at 122-124 Ludlow Street remained visibly vacant. Little Seattle on Ludlow Street is certainly no stranger to fire. Just over one year ago, amidst a bitter winter, a seventy-year-old woman turned on the oven for heat inside 124 Ludlow.
