Yeah it was a hell of a lot prettier before I cut into it, but then you wouldn’t get the full picture of what’s inside this Chicken Pastilla from Rustic LES.

The whole truck-to-store phenomenon seems like it jumped the shark already, with seemingly every food truck angling to establish a sure-shot brick-and-mortar presence.
