Hotels are again the talk headache of the neighborhood. Fresh off blockbuster news that a Comfort Inn is moving into 136 Ludlow (just across from the UN!), there is now visible activity to report at the corner of Suffolk and Delancey, future site of Sam Chang’s hotel venture.

Despite some premature news to the contrary, the hotly anticipated Mikey’s Burger at 134 Ludlow will reportedly open for business later tonight. Regardless of this latest intel, however, signage from the former tenant, Rush Hour, remains affixed to the exterior.
