157 Ludlow Street has had zero luck holding down a commercial tenant ever since Tenement folded back in December 2006.

Draft day is here, and we’re not talking fantasy football or hockey. True to their word, the newest Hell Square drinking establishment called The Draft debuts today at 157 Ludlow Street, formerly Blue Seats. Right on time, too.

It didn’t take long for a replacement watering hole to seize control of the former Blue Seats space at 157 Ludlow. Five months after the high-end sports venture shuttered, a bar called The Draft is taking its place. Which explains the increased activity around the site, including the new paint job.
