Cocoron just downsized its neighborhood footprint. The tiny OG soba location at 61 Delancey Street is now closed. Signage in the eye-grabbing vestibule announces as much, while the restaurant itself remains in complete disarray. As in materials are strewn everywhere. 37 Kenmare Now for Rent

Once upon a time, Yee Fay Inc. was the operative business inside the squat warehouse at 37 Kenmare Street. Not anymore, though.  Their signage was pried from the roofline, and replaced with twin leasing signs.  Indeed, the spot is now up for grabs.
