Bun & Co. debuted last month at 78 Rivington after owner Ratha Chaupoly decided to scrap the Kampuchea brand and start from scratch. So that explains why the Chico mural outside the old Kampuchea was whitewashed last week. The Allen Street facade of 78 Rivington is now the de facto store signage for the new sandwicherie Bun & Co.
