Last week we confirmed reports that, one year after closing shop, the beloved Chinatown Fair was indeed reopening its longtime location at 8 Mott Street. Now even more details are coming to light regarding the arcade reboot.

Independent filmmakers Kurt Vincent and Owen Strock, who are wrapping their documentary about the iconic institution, spotted workers delivering video games back into the old Mott Street location earlier this week.

Hard to believe that it’s already been more than two months since the decades-old Chinatown Fair Arcade shuttered forever.

True to his word, arcade manager Henry Cen is already at work on a successor to the Chinatown Fair Arcade.
