At roughly 5pm yesterday evening, the Bank of America branch at the northwest corner of Ludlow and Delancey Streets (anchoring the Ludlow Residence) was the site of an attempted robbery. Karate Coming to 92 Delancey?

If the folks at Square Foot Realty get their way, karate will come to Delancey between Orchard and Ludlow Streets. According to a recent Craigslist posting, the brokerage is seeking (nay, imploring) a yoga/dance/karate establishment to move into its 3,500 square-foot space in the basement of 92 Delancey, beneath the Ludlow Residence penitentiary dormitory.
