Police Investigate Fatal Hit-and-Run on Delancey Street this Morning

A wheelchair-bound homeless man was killed early this morning in a hit-and-run at Delancey and Clinton Streets. The 49-year-old victim – apparently “well known in the neighborhood” – was reportedly found at 3:30am with severe head trauma. Information about the driver or footage of the incident has yet to surface. Police are investigating the incident.
