This is not the first time (and won’t be the last) that we’ve encountered children on leashes around the neighborhood. Something just doesn’t compute here. Seriously, what kind of childhood behavior could warrant such cruel punishment?

Indeed. Last night at approximate 10 pm, a half-dozen police officers arrived at the Bank of America on Delancey. The one inside the jail Ludlow Residence.
