Breaking: Calvin Klein Ditches Nudity for QR Code

That’s right, the infamous Calvin Klein space situated atop Win Restaurant Supplies on East Houston is devoid of any sex.  The new banner features no oiled up models, Eva Mendes, nudity, or orgies.  Just a good old-fashioned QR code.  Quite the departure.

Subway Adds Hype Banner at 66 Delancey

As reported last month, Subway is opening another franchise location at 66 Delancey (aka Subway 66).  To officially announce its presence, the future foot-long hub added a huge hype banner to the storefront scaffolding yesterday morning.  Subman likely to follow!

38 Delancey Announces Itself

Merely days after new sidewalk work began outside 38 Delancey, there is now a huge sign officially announcing the luxury development. And a new website (different url) to boot! This latest news coming almost a year after its scheduled opening date.

The Ludlow Installs Banner Advert

High above the tenement rooftops, The Ludlow luxury rental eyesore is installing a new banner advert. This latest action is rather appropriate, especially since the towering mega structure has a number of vacancies to its name. Guess living like a Rockefeller and partying like a rockstar isn’t enough to bring people through the door.
